Unlike welded or fabricated sheaves, this model features a completely solid structure with no welding joints, ensuring maximum strength, durability, and structural integrity.

Manufacturing Process

The sheave blank is produced through forging, which provides:

The rope groove is precision machined to match wire rope specifications, ensuring smooth operation and minimal rope wear.
Optional groove surface hardening is available for heavy-duty applications.
